Hi, I’m Kelley Christie — a Board Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.
I take a whole-person approach to health, helping clients restore balance, build strength, and thrive from the inside out.
I’ve always been fascinated by how food fuels our bodies, and how everything influences how we feel and thrive, from sleep to viruses, from stress to restoration.
In my 20s, things started changing. After a bad virus, I didn’t realize it, but my body suddenly couldn’t tolerate sugar, flour, or fast-acting carbohydrates. No doctor had answers. I was constantly hungry, shaky, and confused. I gained 30 pounds, felt awful in my own skin, and didn’t know where to turn.
Out of sheer determination, I began experimenting — playing with food, tracking how I felt, and tuning into my body's signals. Over time, I discovered that bread, pasta, flour, sugar and refined foods were throwing my body completely out of balance. I’m not against carbohydrates at all. But what I found was that some simple refined carbohydrates were really detrimental to how I was feeling. What helped me thrive was a foundation of protein, healthy fats, and a wide variety of colorful vegetables. It taught me a lesson I carry into my work today: there is no one-size-fits-all solution. You have to listen deeply to your own body.
Then, in my late 40s, I faced another storm. A second virus triggered full-body inflammation. The chaos in my body was everywhere — joints, nerves, muscles — and each symptom led to a different specialist. Orthopedists, neurologists, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists — I saw them all. But something nothing worked. This wasn’t a series of isolated issues. It was systemic.
That’s when I took my health into my own hands. I started running my own labs, uncovering healing opportunities, and addressing the root causes of what was going on inside me. Slowly, I began to rebuild and reclaim my health — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
This journey led me to do the work I do now—guiding people who are tired of feeling dismissed, exhausted, or stuck in a body that seems to not respond to any of the things you are trying. I help you uncover your own healing opportunities, create personalized strategies, and build strength and vitality from the inside out.
My approach is rooted in the belief that the body is interconnected — every cell, every organ, every system. True healing happens when we support the whole person through diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and targeted supplementation. I use functional lab testing and individualized protocols to get to the root cause of imbalance, not just manage symptoms.
Nature is my compass — whether it’s in the foods we eat, the rhythms we follow, or the way we move. I believe the closer we live to nature, the closer we get to true health. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and 2 daughters and house full of animals. As a family, we enjoy mountain biking, hiking, reading, and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors.
